Simply just download the SHORTCUT REMOVER software form the download link given below. After downloading the file, extract the file by using WinRar or Any unzip software. 

Now Duble click of the .exe file name "SHORT CUT REMOVER.EXE" . it will show a pop-up screen with the " Pendrive" OR Computer " option. So you want to remove short cut virus for Pendrive then insert the Pendrive and select the "Pendrive" option. And for hard drive select the "computer option" and Hit ok
